About
I delight in sharing music with people of all ages, but I particularly enjoy singing for and with seniors. Few experiences in life can be at once as fun, deeply stirring, and rejuvenating as singing a well-loved chorus with people who know and treasure the memories they associate with that song.
Experience
I have been a successful folksinger and award-winning songwriter for more than 30 years, performing at folk festivals and venues around the U.S. - such as Club Passim in Cambridge, MA; The Kerrville Folk Festival in Kerrville, TX; and the Freight & Salvage in Berkely, CA. I have traveled the back roads of the country, seeking out and learning at the feet of Appalachian fiddle and banjo masters, blues guitarists, and other songwriters, and have embraced the wide and varied landscape and people of the U.S. as the wellspring of my writing.
